Money-back guarantee is valid for all AVT Masterclass courses for one year from the date of the purchase.

If you think that you have not learnt anything new or that the course did not match its description and/or syllabus, you can request the refund by reaching out to us at info@avtmasterclass and referencing the course that you purchased and the reasons for the refund.

Due to taxation reasons, if you request the refund within 14 days after the purchase, we will refund you 100% of what you paid. If you request the refund after 14 days from the purchase and we already had to pay the taxes on the purchase, we might not be able to refund 100% of the amount but we will still refund you the amount that you paid minus the 19% tax.

Before processing the refund, we might ask you to join us for a 15-minute ZOOM call scheduled at a time convenient for you so that you can explain which parts of the course did not meet your expectations or why you think the course does not match its descriptions or the syllabus. Alternatively, we can ask you to submit your feedback in writing.

The refund cannot be requested by students who purchased the course but did not access it and/or did not complete it and/or refused to provide us with feedback on why the course did not meet their expectations. However, if you think that you bought the course by accident or it is not the right course for you, you can still reach out to us so that we can discuss options such as enrolling you in another course.

After confirming that you are eligible for the refund, it can take up to 14 days to process the refund. [This is due in part to the payment processing company as well as your card issuer and your bank. All that is beyond our control.] We will take care to process your refund as soon as possible.
